OPP say a driver is facing charges after a small amount of cannabis was seized in Fenelon Falls.
On Saturday, an officer approached a vehicle on Francis Street and saw cannabis that was readily available to the driver.
The driver, a 34-year-old Ajax resident, was charged with having care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available, contrary to the Cannabis Control Act.
OPP say that cannabis cannot be accessible to anyone within a vehicle.
