Durham police are investigating a robbery at an Oshawa gas station.
It happened Saturday, just after midnight, at an Esso on Park Road South.
Investigators say the suspect, armed with a knife, demanded cash.
He then fled towards Park Road.
About 15 minutes later, a rookie officer and his training officer, were able to find the suspect and the person was arrested.
The robbery unit is investigating.
The suspect’s name and age have not been released.
