Durham police asking for help finding missing Ontario Shores patient's Profile



Durham police are looking for a missing patient at Ontario Shores in Whitby.

David Lewis was last seen around 12:45 p.m. Thursday, leaving the health centre on an off-unit pass.

Investigators say he did not return at his scheduled time.

Lewis needs medication and his condition could deteriorate.

He may be in the Scarborough area.

He is described as male, Black, 44 years old, 6’3″ and about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black winter jacket, a black-and-grey shirt, a black winter hat and grey sweatpants.
