Durham police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman as a potential suspect in an Ajax stabbing.
Around 10 a.m. Monday, a 21-year-old man was stabbed in the Taunton Road and Harwood Avenue area.
He suffered non-life threatening injuries and remains in hospital with serious injuries, but is in stable condition.
The woman fled the home on foot, but a police search of the area came up with nothing.
The suspect is only know to the victim as “Brianna.”
She is described as Black with black hair in a bun. She was wearing a blue and white shirt, black pants with white stripes down the side and was carrying a blue jacket or sweater.
