Durham police still trying to identify woman found dead in Ajax, new image released's Profile



Durham police are releasing another image as they continue efforts to identify a woman found dead in Ajax.

The woman was found on February 12, in water near the Lake Ontario shoreline at the end of Audley Road.

Investigators say there were no obvious signs of trauma and no evidence of foul play .

Officers have received a facial approximation created by the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and OPP.

The woman is described as Black, with shoulder-length black hair in braids. She has vitiligo skin pigmentation on her face and was wearing a black sweater vest, red jacket, black socks with a green pattern and black gloves with snowflakes on them.

Another computer-generated image was released late last month.

Anyone with information or who may know this woman is asked to call Det. Mackinnon or D/Cst. Beline at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2529/2541, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
