On Friday, 39 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Durham.
No new deaths were reported, leaving the death toll in the region at 301.
Of those who have died, 217 were residents at long-term care or retirement homes.
The number of COVID-19 variant cases identified in the region rose by one to 50.
To date there have been 12,332 cases in Durham, with 11,758 of those cases now listed as resolved.
There are currently 273 active cases in the region.
Of those, 247 people are isolating at home and 26 are in hospital.
Ten of the people in hospital are in the ICU.
