On Thursday, 74 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Durham.
For the second day in a row no new deaths were reported.
In the region 278 people have died of the virus since the pandemic began.
Of those who died 214 people were residents at long-term care or retirement homes.
To date there have been 10,485 cases in Durham with 9,754 of those cases now listed as resolved.
There are 453 active cases in the region.
Of those 411 people are isolating at home and 42 are in hospital.
Fourteen of the people in hospital are in ICU.
It’s important to note that the regional data for one confirmed case is still under investigation.
Some of the cases that were added to regional totals are actually from previous days.
