Durham reports four new COVID-19 cases on Thursday as number of active cases falls to 14's Profile



On Thursday, four new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Durham.

No new deaths were announced leaving the death toll at 181.

To date 1,853 cases have been reported in Durham.

Of those 1,658 are listed as resolved.

There are currently 14 active cases in the region, two of which require hospitalization.

Here’s the regional breakdown as of Thursday:

Pickering — 605 total cases, two active (one new case)
Ajax — 500 total cases, four active (one new case)
Whitby — 214 total cases, three active (no new cases)
Oshawa — 289 total cases, one active (one new case)
Clarington — 106 total cases, four active (one new case)
Uxbridge — 108 total cases, zero active (no new cases)
Scugog — 20 total cases, zero active (no new cases)
Brock — 11 total cases, zero active (no new cases)
