An elderly woman is dead after being struck and run over by a vehicle in Oshawa.
The incident happened in the No Frills parking lot in the Simcoe Street and Beatrice Street area around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say the driver did remain at the scene and the investigation continues.
