Hey World, It’s Time You Get On Board With Chicken Salt On Hot Chips's Profile

Forget tomato sauce, chicken salt is all you need.

It’s come to my attention that there are a lot of people out there, living their lives, unaware of the magical goodness that is chicken salt.

@Sultan_Sketches One question. What is chicken salt??? Is that like chicken juice infused into salt or no??? I’m now confused

And honestly, I feel sorry for them because chicken salt is — in my opinion — one of Australia’s greatest inventions.

Seriously, no hot chips are complete without a good dousing of this flavour bomb.

It’s PACKED with mouth-watering umami and transforms ordinary chips from good, to absolutely freakin’ delicious.

But why stop there? You can use it as a topper on potato cakes (or potato scallops, if that’s your vibe), Tater Tots, fried or grilled fish, meat, roast vegetables — the list goes on and on.

Oh, and did I mention that chicken salt is suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

If the pictures alone haven’t convinced you yet, let me just say that once you’ve tried this deeply addictive Australian seasoning, regular salt will pale in comparison.

Your chips will feel neglected, naked and honestly, a little sad.

Tomato sauce (ketchup) will still taste good, but it won’t match the highs you felt while licking the excess chicken salt off your fingers.

And if you won’t take my word for it, then listen to the wisdom of this famous American.

FYI Mara Wilson played Matilda in the film adaptation of Roald Dahl’s novel.

Now, I know chicken salt is hard to find, but this is why you make friends with people who live in Australia. We’ll send over the goods because that’s the sort of people we are.

In summary: The rest of the world needs to get on board with chicken salt on hot chips because ya’ll are SERIOUSLY missing out.
