Long-time Eaton Centre security supervisor facing child porn charges's Profile



Toronto police say a security guard at the Eaton Centre is facing a number of child pornography charges.

According to investigators, Craig McCourt, 51, of Toronto, allegedly recorded images of children while he was at work.

Officers were able to get a warrant to search a property in the area of Bayview Avenue and Moore Avenue, near Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

During the search, officers say they uncovered a quantity of child sexual abuse material.

As a result, McCourt is charged with two counts of possess and two counts of access child pornography.

Police say McCourt worked as a security supervisor at the Eaton Centre for more than 15 years.
