A person is dead after an unspecified altercation near Scarborough.
Toronto police say they were called to the area of Morecambe Gate and Victoria Park Avenue just before midnight Saturday night.
They say when they arrived the found a victim suffering from injuries.
The victim was taken to a hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
Police have released few other details at this point.
