Oshawa to re-open some recreation facilities on July 26's Profile



The City of Oshawa is gearing up to re-open a number of recreation facilities now that the province is in Step 3.

Starting Monday July 26, the following will re-open for swimming, fitness, indoor badminton and other activities:

  • Civic Recreation Complex (excluding the Civic Dome)
  • Delpark Homes Centre
  • Donevan Recreation Complex
  • South Oshawa Community Centre

You will need to book your appointment online if you don’t have a fitness membership. Anyone with a fitness membership can call 905-436-3311.

  • Oshawa residents with active fitness memberships will be able to book 10 days in advance.
  • Non-Oshawa residents with active fitness memberships will be able to book seven days in advance.
  • Oshawa residents without fitness memberships will be able to book three days in advance.
  • Non-Oshawa residents without fitness memberships will be able to book one day in advance.

Time slots open up starting Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

You will be screened while walking in. You can also answer screening questions online ahead of time.
