Toronto police are trying to identify a woman accused of pushing another woman onto some subway tracks.
Police launched the attempted murder investigation after the incident around 9 p.m. Sunday.
They were called to the Yonge/Bloor subway station.
A 39-year-old woman was on the platform when she was pushed onto the tracks.
She suffered serious injuries, but is in hospital in stable condition.
The suspect was last seen fleeing westbound on Bloor Street West.
The suspect is described as a woman with blonde hair and an average build. She was last seen wearing a grey “Levi’s” shirt, a black jacket, black pants, white shoes, a pink and grey toque and was carrying a grey bag.
