A Port Perry motorist is facing impaired driving charges after a crash in Selwyn Township.
OPP were called to collision on Chemong Road around 10 p.m. Saturday.
Witnesses say one vehicle left the road and ended up in a ditch.
Police say the uninjured driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Nicole Barker, 31, of Port Perry was arrested and charged with operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus and operation while impaired-alcohol and drugs
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on December 21.
