The province recorded nearly 400 new COVID-19 cases over two days.
Numbers were not reported on Monday because of the Labour Day holiday.
The province says there were 190 new cases on Monday and 185 new cases on Tuesday.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says on Tuesday 28 public health units reported five or fewer cases, with 18 of them reporting no new cases.
The majority of the new cases both days from Toronto, Ottawa, Peel and York.
No new deaths were reported over the two days.
Over the past two days nearly 45,000 tests were conducted.
