Province reports 422 new COVID-19 cases Monday's Profile



The province reported 422 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, at least 261 of which were people who are not fully vaccinated or their vaccination status is unknown.

Three new deaths were announced, which leaves the death toll at 9,874.

The province now releases data about new cases and those in hospital who are vaccinated, partially vaccinated or unvaccinated.

There are 275 more resolved cases in the province.

The number of active cases went up to 3,159.

There were 19,840 tests completed the day prior to this report.

The province reported a positivity rate of 1.8 per cent.

So far in Ontario, 22,522,144 vaccines have been administered.

According to the province, 11,499,285 have at least one dose and 11,022,589 people are fully vaccinated or have received both doses.
