Province reports 443 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday's Profile



On Saturday, 443 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Ontario, 231 of which were people who are not fully vaccinated or their vaccination status is unknown.

There were no deaths announced.

One death was removed from the cumulative total based on data cleaning.

The death toll is now down to 9,813.

The province now releases data about new cases and those in hospital who are vaccinated, partially vaccinated or unvaccinated.

There are 484 more resolved cases in the province.

The number of active cases went down to 3,898.

There were 27,395 tests completed the day prior to this report.

The province reported a positivity rate of 1.4 per cent.

So far in Ontario, 22,231,210 vaccines have been administered.

According to the province, 10,830,407 people are fully vaccinated or have received both doses.
