Durham police say a Quebec driver is facing a slew of charges after officers found cash, drugs and fake debit cards during a traffic stop.
Around 7:40 p.m. on Monday, an officer noticed a vehicle speeding down Brock Street, close to Consumers Drive.
After stopping the driver, police say the officer noticed marijuana inside the vehicle and started to investigate further.
They say that officer ended up uncovering a quantity of cannabis, more than $10,000 in cash and a number of fraudulent debit cards.
Abderahmen Tahar-Mansour, 20, of Quebec is facing 18 total charges, including speeding, drive motor vehicle with cannabis readily available and various fraud-related offences.
