Separate Toronto shootings send two men to hospital's Profile



Toronto police are investigating two separate shootings.

First, officers were called to the Weston Road and Sheppard Avenue area of North York around 7 p.m. Sunday.

They found a man who had been shot.

He was conscious and breathing when he was taken to hospital and police say he suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone with information can call police at 416-808-3100.

Then, police were called about a shooting in Scarborough around 12:30 a.m. Monday.

A man was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Police say anyone with information about that incident can call them at 416-808-4100.

There’s no word yet on any suspects in either case.
