Toronto cop who assaulted Dafonte Miller to be sentenced this fall

The sentencing hearing for Michael Theriault, a Toronto police officer who assaulted Dafonte Miller, will take place in September.

Prosecutors and Theriault’s lawyers will argue their recommendations on September 25 and the judge will then take some time before he delivers his sentence.
