Durham police are searching for a suspect after a Toronto man was left at the side of the road with a gunshot wound.
Around 10:45 p.m. Friday, officers say paramedics were flagged down at the corner of Bloor Street East and Ritson Road South in Oshawa.
The 27-year-old man who called them over told police he was shot somewhere in Oshawa, but he couldn’t remember where.
He also said he was dropped off at the street corner in a black Honda.
Officers say he was taken to a Toronto trauma centre with non-life threatening injuries, but he hasn’t been forthcoming with investigators.
