Four people are dead, one is clinging to life and another is in serious condition following a slew of stabbing incidents in Toronto.

Police were first called at 2:33 p.m. Saturday to the area of Weston Road and Church Street, near Weston GO Station.

It’s not clear what happened, but police say this incident left two men and a woman dead.

One of them had been stabbed.

Another appears to have been struck by a train.  Police closed the tracks nearby for a short period that afternoon, and UP Express tweeted around the same time that a person had been hit at Weston GO.

Investigators also closed off a nearby home, calling it an “ongoing crime scene”.

It’s not clear if there is a suspect among the dead.  Police say there are no outstanding suspects, and there is no threat to the public.

The next incident was reported around 7 p.m. near Queen Street West and Portland Street, outside Graffiti Alley.

Police say a man suffered knife wounds to his chest and left arm.  He was taken to hospital in serious, but stable condition.

The search is on for a white man in his 50s, 5’10” tall, weighing 150 lbs. with blonde/grey hair.  He was wearing a red coat and riding a bike.

Around 9 p.m., police tweeted out that a man had been stabbed near Rexdale Boulevard and Islington Avenue.

He was found with a stab wound to the neck.  First responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

Investigators are looking for a man with a slim build and wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.

Lastly, police were called at 12:03 a.m. to the area of Richmond Street West and Spadina Avenue.

They say a man was stabbed multiple times following a verbal altercation.

At the time, his injuries were described as life-threatening.

Officers are looking for 22-year-old Cyrus Alaei.  For more information, click here.
