Water restrictions lifted in Uxbridge and Greenbank's Profile

If you live in Uxbridge or Greenbank, you can fill your pool or hose down your driveway now that mandatory water restrictions have been lifted.

In the middle of the hot, dry spell, the region told people who live or work in Greenbank and Uxbridge that non-essential water use wasn’t allowed.

It was meant to conserve water in case of an emergency, such as a fire.

Although the restrictions have been lifted, the region is still asking you to conserve water wherever possible.

This includes only watering lawns on either even or odd numbered days, depending on the number in your address.
