Banks, post offices and libraries will be closed, as per usual. Canada Post will not be delivering any mail.
Parkwood Estate is offering tours, although you will need to book them in advance.
If you are looking for liquor, you will want to stock up ahead of time. All LCBO stores will be closed.
However, the following local Beer Store locations will still be open:
- Pickering Town Centre
- Kingston Road and Salem Road, Ajax
- Brock Street and Taunton Road, Whitby
- Ritson Road and Adelaide Avenue, Oshawa
Durham Region Transit (DRT) will be operating on a Sunday schedule.
GO Transit will be on a Saturday schedule. The TTC will be on revised Sunday hours, beginning around 6 a.m.
