Whether you’re a young painter, poet or photographer, the Town of Whitby wants to see your masterpieces.
Applications are open for the town’s annual Art Attack showcase, which happens during National Youth Week in May.
Any artists between the ages of 12 and 18 are invited to submit their work.
There are a wide range of categories, including sculpture, fashion, jewellery, poetry, spoken word, graffiti, photography, drawing, painting, video and film.
Those who submit will have their work featured at Station Gallery between May 4 and 28.
Works of art will also be showcased at the Art Attack event at Station Gallery, which takes place at 7 p.m. on May 5.
You can apply online until April 15.
You’ll also have to drop off your piece at Station Gallery. If you’re submitting a spoken word piece, you’ll have to drop it off in the form of a video.
“Each year, I am amazed by the wonderful paintings, sculptures and poetry created by Whitby youth,” said Mayor Don Mitchell. “I look forward to seeing their works on display at the Station Gallery during National Youth Week.”
